Initial Consultation

The first meeting lasts about 60 to 90 minutes and allows us to determine the scope of the work and answer your questions about the project in general. This meeting will take place at your location to give us an idea of ​​your vision, your style and your budget. It also helps to determine if we are a good client-designer match. Then we send you a summary of the scope of work for your review and approval. This meeting has a fixed price of $250 (plus taxes) payable at the end of the meeting and this cost will be credited to your account. Our interior design fee normally ranges from $5K-$50K depending on scope of project. Projects themselves range from $50K-$2M+.


Fee Proposal

This document is our contract and is based on the approved Scope of Work as determined at the Initial Consultation and subsequent communications (including visits with the contractor). Our Fee Proposal clearly outlines the detailed scope of your specific project, our invoicing methods and payment schedule.


Design Phase

After we receive the initial deposit to start design work, we begin the process of researching the design concept. Our design approach is essentially based on sketches, 3D renderings and 2D intention drawings of the furniture to be built, we also like to collaborate with the best painters and manufacturers so that your interior meets your expectations. Thanks to this working method, we are able to offer a tailor-made interior design that is faithful to the client's vision.


Construction

Fenëk Design stays in close contact with the general contractor of the project (depending on the size of the project we have with 3 different contractors), and all the stakeholders on the project so that everyone is aware of the design and is on schedule. We are also on site regularly during the construction phase to answer questions and oversee installations, as well as to minimize the impact of any unforeseen issues on the design or schedule.
